Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. All Flash Sales, items are Final Sale.
If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted. After 30 days, we cannot accept a return at all, even with the 20% restocking fee.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
